This August, Hathi-Sidhee Cement – CSEC, in collaboration with the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA), organised three engaging training programmes on Negotiation Excellence, Building High-Performance Teams, and Communicating with Impact. Designed to strengthen professional capabilities, the sessions provided practical tools that employees can apply in their everyday work while encouraging collaboration, leadership and effective communication.
The programmes were led by distinguished facilitators Mr. Anurag Mehta, Mr. Dipak Pandya and Ms. Saheeba Mirza, whose expertise and interactive approach made every session insightful, engaging and highly relevant. Employees participated enthusiastically, sharing experiences, asking thoughtful questions and actively contributing to discussions that enriched the overall learning experience.
To recognize their commitment to continuous learning, all participants received Certificates of Participation at the conclusion of the programme.
