here\u2019s an insight into Mrs. Mita Chandarana\u2019s foray into the medium.<\/p>\n<p>Born in the metro city of Mumbai and raised in the beautiful town of Porbandar, Gujarat, her connection with art started from her own hometown.<br \/>\nSince childhood, she was fascinated and entranced by the colours and shapes of nature which made her observe the seascapes and landscapes for hours, trying to understand and acknowledge all the little visual details nature had to offer.<\/p>\n<p>In her own words,\u201c<em>I am not professionally trained, but I never gave up or lost the sight of my passion and continued with my drawing and painting.<br \/>\nI am self-taught and not an expert in any particular style of painting, but I do enjoy playing around with a myriad of mediums, primarily using a palette knife to bring out the vibrancy and beauty of the surroundings giving utmost<br \/>\nattention to the textures.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Acrylic painting is her preferred way to express her art form.
