Snowcem Paints Training Empowers SCL Teams
\nAt Saurashtra Cement Limited (SCL), the belief that learning never stops continues to shape every initiative. In July and August, the company organized two comprehensive Snowcem Paints training programs for employees of the Cement Division, crafted to inspire confidence, enhance product knowledge and open new avenues for market growth.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Both programs were expertly mentored by Mr. Suresh Kumar Menon, whose deep industry insights and engaging approach guided participants through the finer aspects of the paints business.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The objective was clear, to empower our teams with a broader understanding of the Snowcem Paints portfolio and how it complements SCL\u2019s existing range of construction solutions. Through these sessions, employees gained practical tools to:
\n1. Cross-sell Snowcem Paints alongside cement, putty, tile adhesive, and other products.
\n2. Empower dealers with a wider and more integrated offering.
\n3. Build stronger customer relationships by providing end-to-end construction solutions.<\/p>\n

This initiative marks another step toward SCL\u2019s vision of becoming a comprehensive construction solutions partner, one that not only builds solid structures but also brings colour, aesthetics, and longevity to every project.<\/p>\n

Beyond product training, the workshops focused on transforming mindsets, encouraging participants to think beyond cement and embrace a holistic view of the building materials industry. The sessions emphasized confidence, creativity and the art of positioning SCL as a brand that builds strength while adding beauty to every home.
