SCL Unveils State-of-the-Art Customer Service & Experience Centre in Ahmedabad
In a significant step toward redefining customer engagement in the building materials industry, Saurashtra Cement Limited (SCL) — makers of Hathi Cement and Sidhee Cement — inaugurated its Customer Service & Experience Centre (CSEC) in Ahmedabad on November 5, 2025. Designed as a bridge between innovation and personalized service, the Centre embodies SCL’s commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships through technology-driven experiences.
The newly launched CSEC represents a modern, interactive hub that blends the company’s six-decade-long legacy with its forward-looking approach to service. Visitors are welcomed into a space that showcases SCL’s evolution, core values, and vision for the future — complemented by hands-on interaction with products such as Snowcem Paints, Wall Putty, Tile Adhesive, and AAC Blocks.
Beyond product displays, the Centre is designed as a learning and collaboration zone. It hosts training sessions, interactive workshops, and stakeholder meets, encouraging shared growth and mutual understanding. Customers and partners are invited to book visits in advance for a more tailored and engaging experience.
Effective October 29, 2025, all customer queries and service requests are now managed through a single unified platform, ensuring faster response times and seamless communication.
