Giving details of his association with Hathi Cement, Bharatbhai recounts his entry into his family’s business in 2007, where he concurrently introduced the sale of cement in along with marble. When inquired about his preference for Hathi Cement over numerous competitors, he explains, “The concept was to deliver top-tier products to our clientele at competitive rates, bolstered by exceptional service. Hathi Cement has consistently excelled in terms of quality and pricing, and I bore the responsibility of elevating service standards.”

Bharatbhai’s narrative of triumph commenced with the modest sale of 8 to 10 tonnes of cement per month. Today, his monthly sales have soared to approximately 350 tonnes. The strong backing by Hathi Cement has played an important role in this achievement.

Bharatbhai’s dedication extends to ensuring that all customers, regardless of their quantity of purchase, are given equal respect and attention. This shows his non-discriminatory business philosophy.

Today, Bharatbhai’s firm has spread over the geographical area of Jamkalyanpur taluka in Devbhoomi Dwarka, a testimony to his visionary perception that a customer who requires a single bag of cement today may require a truck load of cement in the future.

He firmly asserts that satisfied customers serve as effective advocates, asserting that robust customer relationships are cultivated through the provision of exemplary service. He considers customers as part of the family. Saurashtra Cement is also sensitive to the needs of the customers and thus, always dispatch the goods immediately.

Reflecting on the company’s support, Bharatbhai describes the active branding initiatives undertaken by Hathi Cement, by way of wall advertisements and site visits. These outreach efforts extend to meetings with masons, engineers, contractors, and sarpanchs, a testament to the company’s dedication to addressing inquiries and concerns with due diligence.

Bharatbhai himself believes in nurturing relationships, attending diverse functions, whether at sub-dealers’ places or at customers’. Moreover, he never misguides customers for personal gain. Bharatbhai is an integral part of a joint family, residing alongside his father, Karsanbhai, and mother, Photariben. His sibling, Rajubhai, manages the marble and iron business, while he has focussed on the cement business. His family comprises his wife, Reenaben, and their children, son Tirthraj and daughter Drishti. Rajubhai’s family includes his wife, Heenaben, and their daughter, Mishri.
