For us at Hathi Cement-Sidhee Cement, our channel partners are the backbone of the business. Recognising and appreciating the channel partners for their outstanding contribution is incredibly important to us. Not only does it show our partners that we value their hard work, but it can also be a huge motivator for them to continue performing at a high level.
A moment of celebration for our channel partners, “SnehMilan Samaroh”, was planned to recognize and appreciate their efforts and contributions. Here we celebrated life, friendship, teamwork, and success. The event was held ahead of the festival of Diwali in Bhavnagar, Junagadh, Rajkot and Ahmedabad on October 12th, 14th, 15th and 18th, 2022 respectively. The event was organized in a way to be both entertaining and informative. This was also a great opportunity for our channel partners to share the joy and the triumph of their success.

The event was initiated in an auspicious way with a lamp-lighting ceremony and from there, the fun began. The atmosphere was filled with an abundance of merriment and joy as all the channel partners got into the festive spirit. They were all decked up in the most exquisite traditional attire, completely in sync with the festival of lights, Diwali.

The games played at the event were a hit amongst the participants, where the enthusiasm was visible and it felt like they were being taken back to their childhood with the sheer cheerfulness of the occasion.
The live orchestra at the event was a treat to the ears, with their vibrant and melodious tunes. It left the audience entranced and speechless by the end of it. After the orchestra, the stand-up mimicry artist brought the house down with his rib-tickling acts and jokes. Everyone in the audience was rolling with laughter and it was a sight to see.

Much to everyone’s delight, Shri Randhir Singh, Director- Marketing and Sales, commended the top performing partners for their commitment to excellence. The idea was to celebrate the hard work of our channel partners who have been instrumental in the company’s success. During the event, they were presented with a range of rewards, from credit notes to gold and silver coins based on their performance and categories, at each of the locations.
Interactions with key partners and rewarding excellence
Organising agenda-driven meetings with our key dealers was an insightful experience. Not only did we get to hear their views on all aspects of the trade, but we also learned about the challenges they faced and the potential prospects for progress. The meeting was incredibly inspiring as our channel partners shared ideas for collective prosperity. We also heard from a specific groups of dealers, which allowed us to gain valuable insight into their concerns and take the feedback into account.
