At Hathi and Sidhee Cement, we are cognizant of the instrumental role dealers play in a Company’s success journey. As one of the most successful cement brands in India, we conduct Excellence Awards every year, to appreciate the performance of our dealers in the previous financial year. In this event, we also engage with them to address their issues, respond to their feedback and suggestions and discuss the Company’s plan for the coming year.

We organised Sneh Milan Samaroh across our four key markets – Junagadh, Rajkot, Bhavnagar and Ahmedabad.

Creating Lasting Memories
We conducted the Samaroh at reputed hotels across four cities on different dates between 27th October and 3rd November 2021. Around 650 dealers and 60 market organisers attended the event. We organised various engaging activities to acknowledge their efforts, listened to their problems and motivated them to perform better in the future.

Addressing Dealers’ Concerns
Our director along with all regional heads and the accounts head, discussed the Company’s performance, vision and business plan for each region with the respective dealers and market organisers. The marketing and sales director also conducted a joint meeting with them to understand their issues as well as the market situation.
Additionally, we presented and discussed the marketing campaigns undertaken throughout the year, through a special session.

We also highlighted the acquisition and progress on business growth of ‘Snowcem Paints’ and how it helped the Company expand its pan-India footprint. Our director assured the stakeholders that we would provide dedicated support for encashing Snowcem products as a new range through their stores.

Rewarding Top Performers
The hard work and perseverance of our dealers and market organisers helped us to witness a strong business performance during the year. Recognising their efforts, we presented them with trophies and vouchers under four categories:

  • PPC sales performance
  • Overall sales performance
  • Sales growth performance
  • Performance of Market Organisers

We also distributed gold to our dealer network based on their performances in 2020-21. In addition, we gave out annual incentives to all the invited channel partners for their contribution to our business growth. We arranged musical Programs and fun games to celebrate and enjoy the event. The participants were brimming with excitement to perform better and felt proud to be a part of Mehta Group Parivaar.

These events unite us and give us the opportunity to understand each other and prepare for a better future.
